Lucky Brand Jeans Review
"I've been buying tops, tees, dresses and jeans from Lucky Brand for years. I love the bohemian, casual styles and the long lasting quality of everything I've bought. I have a cotton grey dress I bought about 7 years ago and I still wear it with tights around the house to be comfortable. It never loses it's shape, shrinks in the dryer or loses it's lovely soft dove grey color. Hubby loves the tee shirts too and he likes to get a new Johnson Motors stop or jacket every year for a special occasion. Again, the quality is amazing and of course the customer services is tops!" - BJ

The First on My Block To Wear Jeans!
"I'm a child of the 60's and so wanted to fit in with my peers. Back in the day we weren't allowed to wear pants to school... just dresses and skirt outfits. I hated girdles and nylons. They hadn't invented polyester or pantyhose yet. And the real bummer was the year I graduated, they started to allow girls to wear pants to school.

I was a mix of a girly girl and yet still a bit of a tomboy. I loved horses, dogs and cats and riding my bicycle everywhere. And I always had a crush on a boy somewhere in the 'hood. But I digress, when "blue jeans" came on the scene in the late 60's, I wanted to have and wear them every minute I could. And I did. AND I was the first on my block to do so and every neighbor lady was horrified! Such a huge deal back then. What really got the tongues wagging was when tie-dye and batik came in style. I managed to bleach out my jeans in the crotch one time and I got totally in trouble from my Mom. I won't even repeat what she said it looked like to her. Hilarious now!

Ever since, jeans have been a staple of women's wear and I proudly own at least 25 pairs at any given time... in of course varying sizes! I buy them on the cheap from Old Navy and really nice pairs from Nordstrom or Beyond the Rack. I think it's fabulous that nowadays there's so many cuts and colors and washes. And we can wear them to just about every occasion. I'll be wearing a pair at my 60th birthday next year!" - Bibsy
